Virtual Consultation - Injectables

This is a great option if you want to save time and discuss your customized treatment plan prior to an office visit. This appointment usually lasts 15-20 minutes, but allows for up to 30 minutes.

*A virtual consultation is NOT required prior to scheduling an injectable appointment.  This service is available to patients who want to discuss a personalized treatment plan without an additional office visit. 

After you complete checkout, you will be contacted by a member of our staff within two business days to schedule your consultation.  You may also call our office after your order is complete to schedule, if you'd prefer. As long as the order is placed during normal business hours, we make every attempt to reach you same day.

A $50 Deposit is Required, and will go towards your treatment if scheduled within 30 days. Consultations with Dr. Kavali are not included here, please call the office to schedule a consultation with Dr. Kavali.
